We offer two types of Luxury Rooms, the standard Luxury Rooms are 40m2 and boast sea view balconies. The larger 45m2 rooms are situated on the ground floor and are equipped with their own sun bathing patios and plunge pools.

Rates/Availability
Terms & Conditions
- A minimum stay may apply in Peak Season.
- Rates are per room per night, double or single occupancy.
- Regrettably no more than 2 persons per room or children under the age of 12 years.
- Credit Card Payments: 50% deposit will be processed within 24 hours.
- The balance will be automatically deducted 30 days prior to arrival.
- EFT Payments: Proof of payment to be submitted within 24 hours.
- Failure to meet the above deadline will result in the booking been removed from our system.
Cancellation Policy
Provisional bookings will only be held as follows :
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date will be held for 24 hours only.
- Bookings made between 30 to 60 before the arrival date will be held for 48 hours only.
- Bookings made within 60 days and more prior to the arrival date will be held for 120 hours only.
- No shows and early departures forfeit 100% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations made 0 to 7 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to arrival forfeit 75% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations made 15 to 21 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations made 22 to 28 days prior to arrival forfeit 25% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations made in excess of 28 days may incur a maximum 10% of the accommodation total.
