Constructed over three floors, the roomy interior will entice you to sit back and unwind with calm white, grey and silver hues creating a lovely beach house feel.
 
On the upper floor, a shared entrance leads to both the 5-bed and 4-bed villas. When the two units are booked separately, guests will then have the use of separate entrances. This floor consists of the living, dining area and kitchen. Featuring a great amount of space and seating, guests can relax here and watch a show or movie on the plasma TV complemented by a DStv bouquet. One of the highlights of this floor is that it accesses a private balcony offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lions Head, views that guests can also indulge in from every balcony and most of the rooms.
 
The middle floor houses 3 of the bedrooms, an en-suite bedroom featuring queen beds, the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom have access to a shared bathroom. All of the bedrooms lead to a balcony and all but the twin room have views of the ocean.
 
The lower floor comprises of two one-bedroom studios, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to a kitchenette and lounge area. Both studios lead to a lower balcony with a large pool that is accessible from the 4-bed villa as well. In the event that the 4-bed unit is occupied, the 5-bed villa has sole use of this area.
 
Guests furthermore have the use of wireless internet while they will feel secure with a 24-hour monitored alarm, electric fencing and parking. Servicing of the villa occurs from Monday to Sunday. Please take note that Villa Silva 5 Bed is not ideal for children due to the open pool and the staircase between the floors.
 
Guests can drive to the Camps Bay beachfront within 8 minutes, where a wide array of restaurants, stores, bars and cafés await. Guests can end the day off here with a glass of wine as they admire the sunset over the Atlantic.
