- In the event of late arrival please let us have your estimated time of arrival so that we can have a staff member on duty to welcome you.
- All arrivals after 6 pm will incur a R50 late check-in fee.
Cancellation Policy
- All notification of cancellation must be delivered in writing no less than 28 days prior to arrival; whereupon the full booking deposit shall be refunded.
- Should notification be delivered within 14 days or less prior to the date of arrival the full deposit will be forfeited.
- Should notification be delivered within 14 days to 28 days prior to the date of arrival 50 percent of the booking deposit will be forfeited.
