The villa is split over two levels, with one bedroom on the lowest level, spacious, airy living spaces and four bedrooms on the main level. The property is entered on the lowest level, which features a sunny lounge with couches and flat screen television and one bedroom. The bedroom has a super-king bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, as well as air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout. The second level houses the living spaces, kitchen and remaining four bedrooms. A contemporary-chic lounge with gas fireplace has comfortable couches and a large flat screen television connects effortlessly with the dining area, which features an eight-seater dining table. A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including two ovens, double fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee-machine. A separate scullery has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and ice-machine. The master bedroom commands breath-taking ocean views with a super king-sized bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with double shower, bath and twin vanities and a private balcony is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the views. The remaining three guest bedrooms have super king-sized beds, en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and ample storage space. Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
