The villa consists of 3 floors whereby the middle floor connects all of the main living areas. There are two spacious tv lounges, one a formal and cosy area with a wood-burning fireplace, the other suitable for entertaining and unwinding.
A fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery flows onto the dining room with an exotic fish tank overlooking the lounge. The terrace is spacious and has ample outdoor seating and sofa’s making it the best spot for brunch or al fresco dining.
The three bedrooms are on the top floor and lead onto sun filled terraces with views stretching from Lions Head across Camps Bay to the Twelve Apostles. The fourth en suite bedroom is located on the ground floor and opens up onto the palmy pool area. This exquisite villa is just an 800m walk to the Camps Bay beaches and promenade.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
