The Glen Villa is beautiful and very spacious 6 bedroom home situated in the Glen bordering Camps Bay, offers breathtaking sea and mountain views. It is well located as it is nestled from the wind and within walking distance to the beach and camps Bay main strip with fantastic selection of restaurants.
The house is divided into 2 levels - the ground floor which opens up onto a front and back garden with stunning pool and entertainment area, boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one of the bathrooms is en-suite. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds. It also has access to its own fully functional kitchen which is very useful when entertaining at the pool area.
The 1st level of this home has 3 bedrooms of which 2 bedrooms are currently kiddies bedrooms with singles beds which can be converted into adult rooms if need be. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with its own en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and shower. The upstairs area has an inside and outside dining area which lead on from the open plan kitchen and lounge area. The wrap around balcony is a stunning area to enjoy sunsets from or to just marvel at the view.
This home is an entertainers delight and a great home for a large family with children or 2 families.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
