Saints Villa is a large 7 bedroom villa in Camps Bay. This property is ideal for larger groups and families who are seeking a shared living space that still offers privacy for guests.
For smaller groups, Saints Villa Lower and Upper Houses can be booked as separate units. With an inviting modern design, top of the range facilities, plenty of light and a prime location close to Camps Bay’s famous beachfront, this property was made for holidays.
There are 2 open-plan living rooms, one on each level of the house with comfortable couches, rugs, televisions and a sound system. The lower living area can be used as a TV room for larger groups or families.
The 2 fully equipped kitchens are ideal for a fuss-free self-catering stay. Both kitchens have an open-plan design to allow for easier cooking and dining.
There is also 2 dining areas, with ample space for guests to relax and dine. The upper house dining area seats 6 or more guests, while the lower house dining room seats 8.
The spacious outdoor area includes a swimming pool, pizza oven, outdoor dining area, lawn, sun loungers and built-in seating with comfortable cushions. There is also secure parking provided, with a garage and undercover parking available for guests.
Situated in a quiet road in the sought-after suburb of Camps Bay, within close proximity to the famous beach strip, along with coffee shops and restaurants in the area. It is a short drive from the Cape Town CBD and V&A Waterfront.

- Lower House: 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen bedrooms with private patios, and one en-suite master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, patio and television
- Upper House: 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen en-suite bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with ¾ bed and a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (please note that upper bedrooms are accessible via steep stairs)
Bathroom Configuration:
- Lower House: 3 bathrooms, including 2 full bathrooms and a third bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower attachment
- Upper House: 4 bathrooms, including 1 full bathroom, 1 bathroom with bath and overhead shower and 2 bathrooms with showers

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
