The spacious 60m2 fully air conditioned interiors offer guests a luxury contemporary designed self-catering apartment in Cape Town’s most fashionable area. A fully equipped kitchen includes everything from Nespresso machines to integrated appliances as well a mini bar which will be restocked daily.
Designer bathrooms include a separate spa bath and shower with luxurious amenities and towels. Bed configuration is either king or twin and a selection of pillows can be chosen prior to or on arrival. Complimentary parking as well as a gym, laundry and ice machine can be found on the ground level.
High speed fibre optics WiFi is included in the rate and the concierge desk is available between 7am and 7pm daily to serve guests every need.

Important Information
- No contract exists between the Tenant and The Managing Agent until management has received this amount together with the signed and completed the Provisional reservation form.
- Should the balance not be paid in terms of the due date on the Booking Form, Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
- Payment can be made either by: Bank transfer to the bank account detailed on the Booking Form (payment confirmation should be emailed or faxed) or credit card by forwarding details on the booking form.
- Children 13 years and older are welcome.
Cancellation Policy
- 50% of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.
- 50% of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days before arrival.
- Free cancellation if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, the full cost of the booking will apply.
