The house is very large with about 250 M2 of space internally and a different balcony or patio for each day of the week! Its perfect for entertaining or just chilling out! The house is perfect for the budget vacationer - it needs some TLC here and there, but will not disappoint. Great for group getaways and guests with large families. Downstairs there are two lounges, one with the TV and DVD set up, the other based around a fireplace with the dining room leading off behind. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a breakfast bar area as well.
 
The master bedroom is huge with a sumptuous en suite bathroom, there is another en-suite bedroom and then two shared bathrooms for the third double and twin bedded room. Outside, the ten meter pool has a grass surrounding at the lower level with the larger upper level laid as a patio for barbecues, feasting outdoors or just enjoying the beautiful sunsets! There is an auto-double garage and full security ADT throughout with armed response. (off street parking is possible) A quick walk gets you right to the Camps Bay strip.
 
Camps Bay is a trendy suburb in one of the worlds most beautiful city, Cape Town. Set against the impressive backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, Camps Bay beach is one of Cape Towns largest and most beautiful beaches. Camps Bay restaurants and bars line the palm-tree promenade opposite the beach. Local life is casual and in the evening residents and holiday makers can be found enjoying sun downers at the many sidewalk cafes on the beachfront.
