Important Information
- No smoking within the Villa, only outside in the garden where an ashtray will be provided for cigarette butts.
- No loud music after 10pm.
- The owner needs to be contacted regarding pets.
Cancellation Policy
- A 50 percent deposit is required to secure the booking.
- No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations made 28 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival will result in the full 50 percent deposit to be charged.
