Le Blanc Villa features lovely open spaces and glass windows allowing light to stream in around the home creating a sense of warmth and comfort.
The open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with scullery and laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table seats up to 10 people and this leads onto the formal lounge with a stunning fireplace and L-shaped couch, this is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The TV lounge is slightly separate but on the same level and features a flat screen TV with satellite channels.
The living area flows out through stacking doors onto the balcony leading down to the pool and jungle gym in the large garden. There are spectacular sea views from both levels of the house.
The top level has 4 bedrooms each with an air-con unit.
The master bedroom has a king size and en-suite bathroom with double shower. This also leads out to the balcony.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other is suited for kids with single bed and pull out mattress underneath. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite shower.
The top level has a comfy pyjama lounge where families and friends can enjoy lounging about in the mornings.
Le Blanc Villa is a home away from home for any travellers looking to experience what Camps Bay has to offer.
Note that although this is a 4 bedroom villa, it can only accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 2 kids.

Rates/Availability
Important Information
Arrival & Departure:
- Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival
- Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure
- We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests please let us know in advance
- To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of a half day’s rental will be charged
- Upon check-in, you will be required to produce proof of your credit card as well as identification. An imprint of your credit card will be taken and held for the duration of your stay. This will only be used in the case of damages
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
- Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
- Contract fee for each booking will charged at R495
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
