The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed and accesses a separate bathroom that consists of a shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom comes with two single beds and has an en suite shared bathroom. The fifth bedroom with a queen size bed.

On the upper level is the generously sized open-plan living area with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the kitchen flowing into the dining area and on to the lounge. The large, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, convection microwave and oven. The dining area seats 8.
