Important Information
- Please note that NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS are allowed at the properties as they are located in a very noise sensitive residential area. In the case of excessive noise, guests will be asked to leave immediately.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation until 60 days prior to arrival.
- 50% Deposit required at atime of booking.
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- The managing agent strongly advise guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance, which will reimburse the cost of air tickets and other non-refundable trip payments.
- International, medical, baggage loss and delay insurance are also recommended.
- Should cancelled accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 10% handling charge.
- Should payment not be received timeously, The managing agent reserves the right to automatically cancel such reserved accommodation.
- Cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing by facsimile or e-mail.
- In the event of an early departure by the tenant, The managing agent reserves the right to charge for the full original booking.
