It is 500 metres from the superb restaurants and entertainment of Camps Bay and has 220 sq. metres of living space. Access is by secure garage entry and private funicular, saving the energy for more important things!
Comfortably sleeps 8 people and is fully equipped with all household requirements and appliances.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

We recieved a great winter discount which enabled us to enjoy our stay even more. Would certainly return again when visiting Cape Town and absolutly love this setting.
Ideal luxury accommodation perfect for a getaway with a larger group. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the spacious villa allowed for all our guests to go about their holiday without bumping heads.
