Balfour Place is a 3 storey well maintained house where all the rooms face towards the sea and mountains of camps bay. There is enough space to sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday. The house has 5 spacious rooms and an open plan lounge with a pool table/games room that leads outside to the pool area.
All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning units that blow cold or hot air, flat screen T.Vs, elctronic safes and tea and coffee making facilities. Camps Bay is a very popular area for tourists to come and see the beauty of cape town. It has everything you would need to enjoy your holiday
What makes this holiday home so unique is that there is no other villa so large situated so close to the beach and restaurants and located in a quiet lane. Situated in a leafy cul de sac, only 100 meters from Camps Bay beach, Camps Bay Village with beachfront shops, trendy cafés, cocktail bars and famous restaurants is a short stroll away.
Camps Bay has famous clean beaches to bathe on, restuarants and cocktail bars to eat and drink at, lovely shops to pick up souvenirs from, beautiful views of the mountains and this is all in walking distance from our estalishment The Blinkwater stream runs in front of the house originating on the top of Table Mountain. After the rain, the gushing of the stream contends with the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach.

The three terraces offer the perfect vantage point from which to sip sundowners and indulge the senses with many spectacular sunsets, enjoy a game of pool, soak up the sun beside the swimming pool, take a leisurely swim and just unwind. Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged
- If cancelled 7 days before arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, 100 % of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of all nights will be charged.
