Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. We strongly advise guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance, which will reimburse the cost of air tickets and other non-refundable trip payments. International, medical, baggage loss and delay insurance are also recommended. Should cancelled accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 5% handling charge. Should payment not be received timeously, Blue Views reserves the right to automatically cancel such reserved accommodation. Cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing by facsimile or e-mail. In the event of an early departure by the tenant, Blue Views reserves the right to charge for the full original booking.
