The expansive entertainment area flows onto the deck. On the other side of the house, there is another lounge and deck with a few steps to a large pool. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances for guests enjoyment. The house has 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 guests comfortably. There is a flat attached to the patio with a further lounge, kitchenette and bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom.
The main bedroom in the house is en-suite and the other bathrooms are off the passage from the bedrooms. The house features satellite television and uncapped Wi-Fi Internet. Three of the rooms have exquisite views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the fourth has a private courtyard. Special attention to superb quality bed linen ensures a luxurious and comfortable stay. Selected areas feature heating and air-conditioning.
The house is serviced daily and a private chef can be arranged on request.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
