34 Medburn is a self-catering, double-storey house, that is located in Camps Bay. Ideal for discerning guests looking for contemporary styled lodging, close to the beach and a variety of attractions along the Atlantic Seaboard.
The house is quite spacious, and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with either a queen size bed or twin beds, with an en-suite or separate bathroom that contains a bath and a shower.
The living area is open-plan and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a stove and a built-in oven, a washing machine, as well as other appliances and ample built-in cupboards.
The lounge has comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV for media entertainment. The living area also has stack doors that opens onto a spacious patio which includes furniture and a portable braai to make use of. The swimming pool is on the ground level and is surrounded by a quaint garden.
A double garage is available for 2 cars to park in, with additional off-street parking for 3 vehicles. There is also a resident housekeeper at the property, as well as an alarm system and electrical fencing.

- Any refunds processed will be subject to an Administration Fee.
Peak Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of a cancellation within 29 to 42 days of the confirmed arrival date: a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation less than 28 days of the confirmed arrival date: a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
