This luxury villa features classic decor with quality furnishings and beautiful artwork. With shops and restaurants within a short 5 minute drive and the CBD about 15 minutes away, guests can choose to relax or experience local culture.
The open plan living and dining area is a lovely space to entertain. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 6 guests and a comfortable TV lounge with a fireplace. Doors lead outside onto the patio where guests will find sun loungers, a swimming pool, outdoor dining for four and a lapa with more seating available.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third has a queen size bed and a private balcony. These rooms share a bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
