13 Argyle Villa is superbly situated only 100 meters from the famous Camps Bay Beach. Cleverly positioned to provide a quiet setting and yet within walking distance to fashionable restaurants and night spots. One of the few properties in Camps Bay with views of both the 12 Apostles Mountain Range and the Atlantic ocean, Argyle is spacious featuring an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room.

The villa boasts three comfortable and spacious bedrooms with built-in cupboards, built-in hairdryers and luggage racks. The main bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a daybed that can sleep an additional guest.

For those hot summer days guests can cool off in the swimming pool. There is also an outside BBQ area with a grill, grill brush, wood tongs and meat tongs. Wood is stocked and charged separately. There is secure off-street parking for one vehicle.

The biggest attraction in Camps Bay is the white sandy beach which is edged with tropical palm trees. Two favourite activities are sunbathing and enjoying cocktails while the sun sets. If visitors prefer greener pastures, there is a grass promenade where one can have a picnic and enjoy the sea.
