The Boulder Apartments are located in Camps Bay, a beautiful and peaceful bay on the Atlantic seaboard which offers the residents sensational views, a wonderful and healthy lifestyle and tranquillity. Yet, its also within walking distance of the vibrant, beachfront restaurant boulevard of Camps Bay.
101 Boulders Apartment has it all when it comes to entertainment, with comprehensive options for viewing, listening and keeping in touch via your laptop, with wireless internet connection, LCD high definition TV, DSTV satellite channels, DVD, Ipod station and surround sound.
The apartment compromises of 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and double bed with en-suite bathrooms. There is air conditioning in each bedroom.
Boulders 101 offers guests only the latest and best when it comes to furnishings and appliances because you are on holiday. Everything is set up to be user friendly, but just in case you forget, we have a short instruction manual of all appliances and electronics should you need it.
The views are spectacular, so when you not sipping cocktails in the pool you can walk across the road on to the pristine, yet hidden Bali beach and bask in the warm sunshine Cape Town has to offer.

- Please note that this property is in a noise sensitive residential area, and loud music and parties, especially late at night cannot be tolerated.
- Pets are regrettably not allowed in on the premises.
- No Smoking inside the apartment.
- Check ins after 5 PM will be an additional charge of R300, paid cash on check in.
Cancellation Policy
- For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to listings local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
