008 Bond Villa is a sophisticated and sleek, luxurious without being pretentious villa; once you step foot inside, you will never want to leave. This luxurious space celebrates the natural elements with perfect balance and symmetry.
Spanning two levels, this Stefan Antoni creation comprises of six en suite bedrooms. Both the ground floor and penthouse level boast a large lounge, dining area and swimming pool, with impeccable finishes throughout.
Each level has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms offering a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. The two master bedrooms have king size beds and the four other rooms have queen size beds. Twin beds are not available.
Other features include high speed WiFi, Imac computers, Apple TV, Satellite TV channels, LED TVs, Sonos media centre, Air conditioning, Underfloor heating, Hair dryers, Digital safes, Nespresso machines and a Bibo water dispenser. Important Information
- Children over the age of 12 welcomed. Children under the age of 12 by special agreement only.
- Regrettably Management cannot accept pets of any kind.
- All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non smoking.
- No noise after 10 pm weekdays and 11 pm Fridays and Saturdays.
- No parties or functions without prior consent.
- A refundable breakages deposit will be held for the duration of the rental.
Cancellation Policy
- No shows and early departures forfeit 100% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations 0 to 28 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations 29 to 41 days prior to arrival forfeit 75% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations 42 to 62 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the accommodation total.
- Cancellations in excess of 62 days may incur a maximum 20% of the accommodation total in administration fees to cover banking and handling charges.
